Our Business & Home Phone Services
Phone service
A cloud Internet-based business and home phone service, as it’s name indicates, is a phone system rooted on the Internet, which allows users to make and receive calls from anywhere using their laptop or mobile device, IP desktop phones, or existing analog phones with an ATA adapter. Internet phone services provide businesses with the mobility, flexibility, and advanced call features that weren’t possible with on-premises phone systems.
911 Services are fully compatible with all laws including the newly enacted Kari’s law and RAY BAUM’s Act which require specific notifications initiated during an emergency call.
Email with Exchange Active Sync
Exchange Active Sync is a protocol which allows mobile devices to synchronize data with Exchange mailboxes. Synchronizing is a process of reconciling data between a device and the appropriate Exchange mailbox. Email provided with our Business Enhanced plan will sync your email, contacts, calendar, notes, and tasks with your mobile device. Your email can be accessed with our Web interface or any email client you choose.
IP PBX services
IP PBX is a phone system that utilizes IP communications. Traditionally IP PBX’s are located on site where they can also interface to traditional tel co services such as analogue phone lines. Stellarc Communications provides cloud based or on-site managed PBX services.
IP Phone
A VoIP phone or IP phone uses voice over IP technologies for placing and receiving telephone calls over an IP network, such as the Internet, instead of the traditional public switched telephone network. Our desk phones make and receive calls, text messages, and have BLF (Busy Lamp Fields) showing the status of other extensions operating within the same group,
A SoftPhone is available for iPhone & Android cell phones that can be used to make and receive calls. Additionally, you can send and receive text messages from this app. This Phone App is available on the Apple and Google Play Stores free of charge for our customers. ATA adapters will also allow the use of your existing analog phones.
